Asana practice - Padma Bakasana, Kakasana and titibasana

Asana practice is through the effort, concentration and perseverance while learning to come into any poses, help us to develop non-attachment towards the qualities of names and forms by letting go of judgment, comparison and expectation while practicing the asana poses. Not identifying as the doer of actions nor the enjoyer of the fruit of actions. Perform all our duties and renounce the fruit of actions.
